BOOKING INFORMATION AT QUAN TEA
1. BOOKING & DEPOSIT
To ensure the best preparation, Quan Tea requires a pre-payment of 700,000 VND for all bookings. Please provide accurate phone & email so we can contact you for confirmation and deposit support.
2. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Quan Tea is happy to adjust the menu according to personal needs. If you have allergies or special requests, please notify us at least 4 hours before your meal.
3. DINING TIME
The Fine Dining experience lasts approximately 2 hours. We hold tables for 30 minutes from the reserved time. If you change your arrival time or need to cancel, please notify us at +84 888 203 978.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any changes. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be eligible for a deposit refund.
5. CHILDREN POLICY
To ensure a complete experience, Quan Tea prioritizes guests aged 15 and older. We appreciate your understanding.
6. PARKING
Located within the Empire City campus, cars can be parked in front of the restaurant. Motorbikes can be parked in the basement. Please contact Quan Tea in advance for guidance.
