RESERVATION INFORMATION AT QUAN TEA
1. RESERVATIONS & DEPOSIT
To ensure a carefully curated experience, Quan Tea requires a 50% deposit of the estimated bill for all reservations (applicable to the Tea Experience). Kindly provide an accurate phone number and email address so our team may contact you for confirmation and deposit arrangements.
2. ALLERGIES & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Quan Tea is pleased to accommodate individual dietary needs. Please inform us of any allergies or special requirements at least 4 hours prior to your dining time.
3. DINING DURATION
The fine dining experience lasts approximately 2 hours. Tables are held for up to 30 minutes from the reserved time. Should you need to adjust your arrival time or cancel, please notify us at +84 888 203 978.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance of any changes. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time are non-refundable.
5. CHILD POLICY
To preserve the integrity of the experience, Quan Tea welcomes guests aged 15 and above. We appreciate your understanding.
6. PARKING
Located within Empire City, on-site parking is available. As guidance may be required, please contact us in advance for assistance.
7. DRESS CODE
Elegant and refined attire is appreciated.
